Snow-covered roads, flat tires, and other unforeseen accidents can occur at any time and have the potential to leave the driver and their passengers stranded.
Luckily, for Kia owners, Kia's Roadside Assistance program is here to offer help to its customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When customers call the toll-free number, they will be able to get help with:
• Flat tires
• Dead batteries
• Empty gas tanks
• Accidentally locking themselves out of their vehicle
• Getting towed out of snowy or icy conditions
• Getting towed for mechanical breakdowns
This helpful program is available to customers that are travelling anywhere in Canada and the continental United States. Knowing that Kia's roadside assistance team is always here to help, allows drivers to feel more secure and confident when driving on long trips. No matter where the road takes its customers, Kia makes sure to be there to help.
Kia's number one goal is to keep their customers safe and ensure that they are able to get where they need to go in an efficient and timely manner. When you call the toll-free number for help, the available roadside assistant will analyze the situation and figure out the best course of action to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Depending on the severity of the circumstances, the service technician may be able to fix the problem without even moving the vehicle. Minor fixes such as low fuel or other minor repairs may be able to be fixed at the scene of the breakdown.
If the car does need to be towed and the driver happens to break down more than 100 kilometres away from the nearest Kia dealership, their vehicle will be towed to a repair company that is closer to their location to ensure that they are able to get back on the road in a timely manner.
The standard Roadside Assistance package that all eligible drivers receive includes:
• Mechanic break down towing
• Battery Boost
• Lock-out services
• Up to 10 litres of fuel delivery
• Flat tire change
• Non-accident trip interruptions up to $100 per day and up to $300 per breakdown
• Winching/Extraction from snow, mud, or a ditch from a publicly maintained road
