Is Kia Setting Its Sights on a Muddier Market? We Hope So

While drivers in Calgary, AB do harbor a healthy balance of respect and humor for the new Kia lineup, we can all admit that its missing a little something:

A ground-breaking, earth-shaking, mud-spitting, rip-roaring 4x4 off-roader.

We love the sleek, smooth, smart, and sophisticated new selection of cars. But sometimes it's good to get into something that can really tackle just about anything you throw at it. But, in preparation for SEMA, it looks like Kia has a few ideas to change their lack of a mud-bogging monster.

Namely, with this: a four-wheeling Kia Forte Koup modified for the mud bogs. And yes, it is absolutely as awesome as it sounds.

Sadly, the Kia Forte Koup Mud Bogger is a simple concept for SEMA. But fortunately, the rest of the cars in the new Kia lineup are as real as you or me. And as long as you don't need to go washing out through deep mud pits, we're sure that a capable AWD model from Eastside Kia should do you just fine.
