Eventually, matter how good of a driver you are, you’re going to find yourself having some sort of roadside emergency. When it happens, there are some common sense tips to bear in mind to help maintain your safety and that of others on the road:

• We all appreciate a good Samaritan, especially in an age when they seem so rare. However, if someone pulls over and offers to assist you, lock your doors and remain in your vehicle. As for them to call for help, or do so yourself, and allow only professionals or law enforcement to assist you. Strangers can be dangerous!
