Interior and Exterior

All models have the same interior space: front seats have 973mm headroom and 1,044mm legroom. Headroom dimensions for the front seats consider the sunroof, which is available for the 2023 Kia Soul EX+ and upper models. Back seats are slightly more spacious, with 1,003mm headroom and 985mm legroom.

The entire lineup has five seats, with upholstery quality depending on the trim. Entry-level trims come with cloth upholstery, and more luxurious models, like the 2023 Kia Soul EX Premium, come with leather upholstery. Rear seats are foldable across the whole lineup, which expands cargo capacity considerably. Additionally, all trims have heated front seats.

The 2023 Kia Soul EX is slightly more expensive than the entry-level model and has perks like a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel. Compared with the Kia Soul LX, the EX comes with an extra leather-wrapped shift knob and a rear centre armrest.

There are daytime running lights and halogen headlights on all models, as well as heated side-view mirrors and a spare tire. Some features are exclusive to the flagship model, the 2023 Kia Soul GT-Line Limited.

This trim has two packages: the Designer Package and the Technology Package. The GT-Line Designer Package has a two-tone exterior paint (Surf Blue with Fusion Black roof) plus a black and white interior. The Technology Package includes a cargo cover, a dual-level cargo board, highway driving assist, and navigation-based smart cruise control, with Stop & Go - Curve, auto emergency braking technology with junction turning detection. These top trims also replace halogen lights with LED lights.
