It was a pleasure dealing with you, I am hoping that my new vehicle will continue that pleasurable experience.

 I would also like to comment on Dave.

 Before meeting him I liked his responsiveness to getting an internet quotation to me in a timely fashion. Also his follow-up to my emails was prompt and courteous. He made himself available after hours via his cell number, and also committed to a test drive appointment, that accommodated my schedule.

 It is very easy to get speeding through a demo ? as we have all done them repeatedly in the past, but Dave slowed down and actually asked for me to review anything that I was unsure of. He knows the vehicle well, it's features and functions. He listened well and responded with valid information without me felling like a "dummy". He had an interest in my driving habits and made easy personable conversation, it wasn't all about "the car". He is an outgoing, likeable young man who with some mentoring  is on his way  to a professional career. I wouldn't change much, just polish him up a bit.
